Construction
We were engaged to help a company computerize their accounting
system and to establish monthly financial reporting and best
practices. While entering credit card data, we discovered
that the client’s office manager embezzled over $95,000.
We replaced the office manager, implemented financial controls
and created a monthly financial statements package.
A general contractor was having difficulty identifying why
he was loosing money even though he was building more and
